Why would you say such a thing?

is there other, independent verification?
has the local episcopal authority been informed?
date/time/place?

it is, however, a nice story, until we get some first hand facts.

Does the local ordinary believe in the Real Presence?

I know the priest and this happened at my former parish (we only left because we moved away).  I have no way of authenticating this story... I wasn't there and I didn't hear about it from any first hand accounts.

But knowing what little I do about the holiness of the priest, I'm inclined to believe it.  He is amazing... a true treasure to the Church.
