This makes it a homosexual problem and not pedophilia.. The real question is why hasn't there been stronger rules instituted to prevent the entrance of homosexuals in to the priesthood. While Dr. Reisman  exposed Kinsey for the fraud and depraved researcher he was, the Psychiatric Profession still pretends he is an expert. Dr. Reisman has told the USCCB they should sue the experts which gave them this terrible advice and she would testify in their behalf.

No, that's wrong.  The John Jay study found that about 73% of the victims were under 15 years of age.  And if it were truly a "homosexual" problem, those statistics would be in the reverse.

The study findings are summarized here:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catholic_se...ted_States

you're new here, you're not Catholic, you're citing Wikipedia, which is not a reliable source.

i think you have an agenda of denying that homosexual priests are the primary problem in abuse cases.

Does anyone have the original article in English?

Speaking of CA, they have shut down debate until evidence is presented.

Here's what we know so far:

- the magazine is tabloid style, owned by the Italian PM who is no fan of the Church
- the reporter's assistant supposedly had sex on camera for the story
- they quote someone with inside knowledge as saying 98% of Rome's priests are gay
- the article uses terms like 'dog collar'

If the subjects of this investigation are kept annonymous we only have the word of the publication to determine the article's validity.  However, the Vatican has already issued a statement calling for gay priests to leave the priesthood.
