Must. Be. Nice.   ;)

Here in southwest Ohio we've had dog days in the 90s with a heat/humidity index over 100 - since mid-June!! Nothing kills the appetite like Old Man Summer. I can't wait until fall, when I can turn on the oven again, bake cookies again, and gain back the pounds I lost.

We've had the same thing in Delaware. It's been brutally hot almost every day! I've still managed to put on some weight, though. Gotta hit that treadmill a little more often, I guess. :-/

Pee.  Pee.  Pee.  If you drink too much, you'll flush your nutrients away.

I've always had a deep fear of flushing my nutrients.

Water intoxication kills.  Just another reason to avoid water and stick to booze.  Just sayin.

Yeah, your word trumps actual experiment.

It looks like Fish Eaters is hosted by MonteCarloHosting.  From their website:

So this is Canada, son.  Use kilos.

That ridiculous study you linked to is not a valid at all.  It is some idiot who drank 5 litres a water a day and lost 2.8kg, but couldn't do it for more than a few weeks.   We know nothing about his activity level, body composition, diet and general physiology and health which wouldn't apply to other people anyway.  The findings of one person is scientifically irrelevant, and his method is impractical and possibly dangerous.
