Creepy Pseudo-Trad Blog

I thought Patricius' most recent post was pretty hilariously absurd.

http://liturgiae-causa.blogspot.com/2011...ssion.html

especially this:

"Since I am more traditional than all Traddies put together I would say that the Roman Church would be vastly diminished if she lost me..."

:pazzo:

Our immature litle liturgical aesthete friend at http://liturgiae-causa.blogspot.com/, in a snit over the Church's failure to conform to his personal liturgical sensibilities, has now decided to leave the Catholic Church altogether. I am sure that he would sneer at us for praying for him, so we should do it.  For his sake, I hope they have folded chasubles in hell.

Another trad burnout. The longer I know traditionalism, the more I realize that some people refuse temperance to their own spiritual peril.

He was not a "trad".  He was a liturgical pundit.  Besides his love of all things liturgical, it wasn't clear to me he even held to many things Catholic.

Ugh, disappointing... but in a way you could see it coming. Sometime criticizing really can become a cancer what eats you up inside.

He also has some issues that might cloud his judgment, so an Ave for him.

I agree, and my comment about "folded chasubles in hell" was unkind.  Accorging to the blogger at http://liturgicalpimpernel.blogspot.com/, the man has Asperger's Syndrome.
