Oh look, an echo.

When you say "take bodies" or "take bodily form" who's bodies?

If they took over humans then the offspring would not be giants.

If they took over animals then there would be no offspring unless they genetically altered the sperm.

They might have fashioned their own bodies of course.  We are not far off doing that now with modern genetics.  I wonder whether God would have let them do that though?  Seems like asking for trouble to have embodied fallen angels and men/women inhabiting the same physical space.

So we're not talking about pyramids anymore?

The guy with the BA in history weighs in on a topic he studied and now no one wants to discuss it.

I have no idea why God would have allowed them to take the form of a human body. Just guessing but, an Angel as spirit has a non-corporeal "form" perhaps it is not too dis-similar to our soul's form. Since, God allows sinful men their way, perhaps with the angels even more so. They are preternatural so I'm guessing they can fashion a functioning "gollum" with ease. Wasn't Enoch supposed to have witnessed to God about the Watchers angels ? Could there have been some of them that would give up their "angelness" to repent and live as humans in a similar state but different bodies, to wait for the Son of God, and Redemption but their offspring blew it. Perhaps that's why the book of Enoch is suspect, perhaps it isn't exactly as Enoch wrote.

I always assumed the Israelites built the pyramids.

Egyptian monoliths were built for hundreds of years.  While their constructions may have involved force labor, it is impossible that the descendants of Abraham captive in Egypt would have built them all.  The movie "The Ten Commandments" plays up the Hebrew men being used for construction, but likely slaves would also have worked on the floodplains after the Inundation (the annual flooding of the Nile which fertilized the soil for farming) or as domestics or other kinds of servants performing mundane tasks that free Egyptians would not have wanted to do themselves or did not have enough manpower available to accomplish.

Remember that the pyramids were not the only things built by ancient Egyptians.  They built temples to the primary gods, mastaba tombs, and massive statues and obelisks, among other things.  The pharaoh Akenaton built a major temple to his god Aton, one of humanity's first monotheistic deities, when he closed the temples of the traditional polytheistic gods of Egypt and imposed the sun cult of Aton as Egypt's sole religion until his death.

Here's a little something on the pyramids and the sphinx; from two researchers Hancock and Bauval. The Bauval video is first.

why don't the pyramids have their creator's, their sponsors or any names carved onto them?  If the Kings of Egypt were that powerful and wanted to be remembered then why put 6.5 million tonnes of carved and polished stone together over years and not sign it or credit it?

The remains interred in many monolithic tombs have been identified, and it was them who built their final resting places.  They themselves may not have put the stones or bricks in place, but their divine authority commanded their construction.
