Amazing news for Trads out of the Vatican

Anybody who is familiar with Archbishop Mauro Piacenza will be more than happy to see these news. I would dare say that this is the most significant Trad friendly (to say the least) news of this year.

Also should be mentioned that after this appointment he becomes intermediately a front runner to receive a red hat this year.

I can't find much information about him online.  Could you explain how he got his trad-friendly reputation?

What makes him soo trad-friendly, Will he as head of the Congregation for the Clergy tell the bishops to stop imtimadating priests from saying the Old Rite.
