No, it wouldn't. You should check your moral theology on this. A woman's money before she is married stays in her name even after.

I don't think so, she may chose to give her money and estates away. One can have a pre-nuptial agreement that overcomes these difficulties.

Why would you make light of such a serious obligation? Last time I checked, a husband's duties weren't optional, although many trads seem to think so. A man should be able to support a wife and family before thinking about getting married.
