Good lunches?
#21
Ham like Krakus from Poland is 95% lean has no nitrates and tastes good, it is also about 50 calories per oz. Enough said

Lunch classic, tim style
Cook about 1/8 lb. of Lumache shaped pasta
Heat good organic chicken stock and add chopped frozen spinach, salt a pepper to taste.
Beat two eggs with a whisk, and add liberally Parmigiano Reggiano, and Lawry's garlic and parsley to taste.
Drain Lumache pasta, and add to chicken broth, bring back to boil, and then add eggs and cheese, stir, done.

French bread is a very good with it, a salad like tomatoes, onions, basil, and mozzarella, with oil and vinegar,  is good with it, and perhaps a glass of Soave.
