They have guts to say (with due respect) to the Pope what they think about:
1/ The next coming Assisi interfaiths gathering
2/ The scheduled beatification of the late Pope JPII
3/ THe homosexuality

Check 'em out. They were excommunicated by the tribunal of their Eparchy in June 2008. The Excommunication was upheld on appeal by the tribunal of the Major Archeparchy on 17 September 2008 and upon appeal to Rome was upheld by the Apostolic Signatura on 7 October 2008.

Yeah, they've declared every single bishop in the world except one (the Pope?) excommunicated and all their acts invalid.

Their theology is a bit shaky too:

In case they consecrate new bishops or priests, this consecration will be unlawful and invalid.

As we all know, even swchismatic bishops can validly, if illicitly, ordain and consecrate.
