My thoughts exactly. An acquaintance, an ex-cop, committed suicide in his car in the garage by shooting himself. He had worked enough of them that he wanted to limit the mess.

Actually, I wasn't being snarky above.  I actually think dying in the closet was his suicide note.

I knew someone who committed suicide and went to great pains to make sure they didn't leave a mess behind.  They even left a "warning notes" leading to their own body warning people not to come any closer, but simply to call the police, because they didn't want to traumatize the person that discovered their body.
