Protein shake
10 oz milk, 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder, half of a frozen banana, handful of almonds, handful of icecubes, tsp of honey, tsp of flaxseed oil. Mixed in a blender.
This gives me bigtime energy and keeps me satisfied till lunch!!!
