Does anyone smoke cigars?

I spit all the time when I'm smoking (at least when I smoke outside). When I have a drink with my cigar, however, I don't spit so much.

But I mean with regard to taste...can you taste the difference in well-aged cigars? It runs out that the cigars that I like best have been aged 5+ years, but I'm not sure if it's just because I happen to like the blends, or if it has to do with the aging.
I can tell by the taste of Cuban cigars if they are aged well. They have a very mellow peaty taste.
I cannot tell as much with non-Cubans.
