Diocese of Baker, Oregon

Are there any traditional ministries, religious orders, etc in this diocese?  I need to send them a donation (long story) but I want to ask them to use it for one particular purpose.  I want that purpose to be traditional in nature.  Can you recommend anything that would be worthy of the donation?
