Future of The Church - Next Pope
There are plenty of eucharistic prayers in the Third Roman that have the word sacrifice in them, up to and including the one that says "an [adjective] victim" like five times.  Every high mass celebrated according to the Third Roman has the word "sacrifice" explicitly in it, and has the priest hold up the consecrated Host and announce "this is the lamb of god who takes away the sins of the world".

There are bigger problems with disbelief and backsliding among catholics, on more issues than the real presence, than how the mass is prayed.
