Need Fisheaters Help to support TLM in suburban Detroit
Assumption Grotto is not "downtown" it's on the eastside, Detroit proper. Also it has daily TLM, and all the features of a thriving, full fledged traditional parish.

St. Josaphat is also not "downtown" but is at least close enough to "downtown" or the center to count as such and is within Detroit.

St. Anne's is near westside, suburbs.

Ss Cyril and Methodius is far north-east side, suburbs.

Detroit itself is huge, seriously, overlay it over other major cities to get an idea. Then on top of it the "suburbs" comprise 3 full counties and spillover outside that.

It is not practical to pull everyone to the far north east suburbs.

Also the deal killer is that it is a Saturday.

I would bet it's not the priest that has set the time slot and I'd also bet that whoever is behind it knows it's a deal killer for trads.

The east side would produce a lot more attendance for Ss Cyril and Methodius if they would allow a Sunday Mass.
I live 1,000 miles away but
