Under the 1983 Code, there's no abstinence on Solemnities, which, in Lent, would be St Joseph, the Annunciation, and the patron of one's parish or diocese. Under the 1917 Code, it was "feasts of precept", which means holy days of obligation - in most places, these aren't. Other feast days - which were celebrated in Lent until 1960 - are still days of fast.
