Bishop Sample is one of the youngest Bishops in the USA and seems to like TRADITION, he has done ordinations now for the FSSP and the ICK (Check the link)

I think he offers the TLM monthly at his cathedral. There was a sermon circulating on the conservative sites recently about ad orientem that was pretty good.
