Recently I got an update that the American Dominicans are going to offer a Mass in the Dominican Rite. I also know that there is a group of Carmelites who pray the Holy Mass in the Carmelite Rite.
Are there any other orders who pray the Mass according to their specific rite/tradition? Or was this all wiped out?

Norbertines at St. Michael abbey still do the Premonstratensian Rite once in awhile. I'm sure the Carthusians still do Mass according to their own Rite, least I hope.

The Carthusians were forced to modify their rite. They do a post-V2 Carthusian Rite. So sad.

Also one can read Liturgies of the Religious Orders, by A.A. King.

There are also different rites related to areas like the Ambrosian Rite for Milan and the Mozarabic Rite for Toldedo, and they are still in use today.
