The Baskin Robbins Church. 31 flavors, with the TLM as one among many (including Taize, mariachi, LifeTeen, smells and bells "OF,", etc.)
Let's not forget this, from a high ranking prelate (even papabile, and favorite amongst neoconservatives):

What makes it so horrible?
Here we have the 'source and summit of the Christian faith' as it is celebrated by a Cardinal, a prince!, of the Catholic Church! A long-time close friend of Pope Benedict XVI.
What would make this so horrible? Christ is present. It fulfills your Sunday obligation.
How dare you use such schismatic words to oppose Catholicism.

He was also a major contributor to the 1992 "Catechism of the Catholic Church," and you can find his writings in the neo con Ignatius Press.

One weird thing about Schonborn from a few years back, I was watching him give a lecture in English about the CCC and in the process literally and directly encouraging people to also read the Catechism of the Council of Trent.
He told them no one had forbidden anyone from using that catechism and he raved about how many beautiful things there are in it.
Liberals can be so schizophrenic it seems at times.

What makes it so horrible? Um...the ballons, the rock music and rock concert atmosphere, what appeared the jumbo "cake" matter for the Eucharist (which if they added ingrediants COULD mean the mass was invalid), obviously crumbly, torn into pieces.into clay bowls and dished out into hands, the people standing around eating the (possibly) Blessed Sacrament like o morning bagel, etc.
You see, at every valid mass (and assuming this was one), you have God's part and man's part. God's part...always infinately good. Man's part...not so much. In situations such as that video, man's part can be so off as to be scandalous.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is not a carnival or a rock concert or a stop at the bagel shop for breakfast...it IS the Sacrifice of Our Lord. It's not schismatic to point out scandal...its called defending the faith.

Wow. I heard Cardinal Levada say the same thing about the Trent Catechism. He encouraged people to read it. Weird.
