I'm sure we all need more study of theology if we're going to pick out just where Benedict differs from Rahner. And I know, there are places where he does.
Doesn't seem like nearly enough, from where I stand, though.

I hope the next Pope is a Quantum Physicist so he'll be more comprehensible than the last few Popes.

And you have a solid knowledge of both of their writings, right? The truth is that the Holy Father has very little in common with Rahner.
