There is a case that the speed must be such that the conversion is reasonably seen to be a result of the consecration. BUT that can happen in many ways. It's kind of like the Virgin Birth. There's nothing special about a woman having a baby. There's nothing special from a 1000 year conversion. That's slower than regular conversions. So there has to be some special character to it, which people can readily understand.
