That is really good news. He could start by telling us what faith he is talking about and how to reconcile his modernist views with catholic faith and dogmas.

The problem is the CCC is deceptive and erroneous in a good number of important places.

If there is a new encyclical coming, you can bet your bottom dollar that it will be concise, crystal clear in expressing traditional Catholic doctrine with lots of citations from the Scholastic theologians.
