Actually, Catholic schools in Quebec have not been tax supported since 2000 and this Act applies to all schools, public and private. Catholics were guaranteed confessional schools in Quebec by the Constitution Act, 1867, but that was changed in 1997 at the unanimous request of the National Assembly of 'Catholic' Quebec leading to the situation today.

I'd teach the "ethics" in the course, then deconstruct them and show how they aren't ethical at all...
