Cholula, Tapitio, Sriracha, Tabasco, Louisiana?
If yours isn't listed add it. I listed them in my fav order. Louisiana hot sauce is a bit hot for me though ;)

Texas Pete. Just enough flavor without the spiciness which ruins the food.

I tend to enjoy spiciness with a little flavor added.  :)

That makes 2 of us!  This is my favorite.  It's not really a sauce, but it's the most economical way I know of to add heat to food.

Cholula is my favorite. It has a nice flavor and just the right amount of heat.

I have been eating Frank's hot sauce on plain potato chips since I was a little boy. I always wished that they would come out with something hotter, and they did. It is unfortunate that it isn't always in stores around here.

I make a number of my own salsas from fresh chiles and spices that blow nearly everything I've ever bought out of the water ... but my favorite commercial hot sauce is definitely Sriracha:

Oh man, how could I forget about sriracha?

Suffice it to say, spicy food is delicious.
