Those spicy black bean burgers they sell over at Costco...  french green beans w/ chopped pecans, sautéed in olive oil.

Just popped in a small bnls. loin end pork roast. I have some left over yellow rice with broccoli and peas to reheat, and the celery and onions from the little roast. Hormel markets these and they call them pork roast supreme and are between 2 and 3 pounds. They have more fat internally than center cut, so they're juicier.
