I've paid off $20K of 50K, but need the other 30 to disappear. It's impeding my vocation to religious life.

Invest in Bitcoins and mine Bitcoins.

The trad Catholic software developer "Luke-Jr" has done this; he wrote his own mining program many people use: BFGMiner, which stands for «St. Barbara's Faithfully Glorified Mining Initiative Naturally Exceeding Rivals", or just basically a freaking good miner.» (St. Barabara is the patroness of miners, inter alia.) Join his mining pool, if you have a good GPU, or buy an ASIC mining device. He mines at about 30 giga (billion) hashes per second (30 Gh/s), which enables him to make about 1.5 BTC per day, which currently amounts to about $200 USD per day.

See my FE post regarding Bitcoins.

I'm in the same boat. It's a stifling thought.

You might look into the Mater Ecclesiae Fund for Vocations, if you haven't already.

I know well of the Laboure Society, however a current acceptance to religious life is needed. I turned that down 3 years ago due to my obvious student debt. I'm resuming my search for a religious community.

Yeah, the MEFV and Laboure Society require an acceptance to religious life first. I no longer have that (see reply above).
