FSSP Ordinations this Saturday
#1
For those in the area, I highly recommend heading to Lincoln, Nebraska, for the FSSP ordinations of 5 young men to the priesthood at the Cathedral of the Risen Christ. They will be held this Saturday, June 1st, at 10:00 a.m., and be presided over by His Excellency Bishop James Conley.

If you are unable to attend, you can watch the event live at: http://livemass.net/LiveMass/daily.html

Please keep these 5 men in your prayers:

Deacon Michael Passo, FSSP
Deacon Joseph DeGuzman, FSSP
Deacon Anthony Uy, FSSP
Deacon Kevin Young, FSSP
Deacon Charles Vreeland, FSSP

Here is some information on the first Masses of the newly ordained:

It is amazing how the Fraternity still churns out priests and deacons even though they never got their supposedly promised bishop. Amazing that. God bless these men! Tu es sacerdos in aeternum secundum ordinem Melchisedech.

Agreed weird looking Church ! I love the litany of the Saints sung. Long ago one of the best to chant it was Cardinal Ruini. We sing them in the Office on Rogation days.

Watched most of it. The Cathedral is as garish as it was last year. Some wounds are not healed by time.

Glad to see the priests being ordained. I agree that the sung Litany of the Saints is very beautiful.

Can this be found online now that it is over?  I was not able to watch the live feed.  I hear that the commentary by Fr. Jackson was very informative.
