Priest says we can't kneel down
If you have exhausted discussion, per clear Vatican directives, go to the Bishop. I dunno if perhaps having one more talk with the pastor, informing him of your intent to go to the bishop is good or not, but give it one more go with a dedicated meeting time, materials and arguments present. If he refuses to acquiesce to this sacred right of devout and proper reception of Our Lord, go to the Bishop. Either way, Cardinal Arinze has been clear on this and the universal norm is kneeling and on the tongue. Exceptions cannot be forced and the CITH/standing exception's arguments are, at best, historically myopic, generally false, and puerile despite the opposite claim of maturity.
