If there's a silver lining in this, it will be good for the Ordinariate. Once homosexual "weddings" begin to be simulated in Anglican churches with the blessing of the "Defender of the Faith," there will be a mass exodus to Rome.

And it was leaglised in Canada some years earlier. Same Queen. But, it's not the Queen's views, and this can't represent her views either.

As a subject, only living here can you see that just because the Queen has "stamped" something into law it doesn't mean this was done directly. This has been done by a democratic vote, and presented to Her Majesty. This is the same that happened when the Canadian parliament approved the SSM bill.

However, this is not marriage, and only a fool would recognise it as such.

I undersatnd, but it doesn't matter anyway as she is the head of a heretical sect, and she isn't the true royal monarch or Britain anyway.

Just because it was passed by parliament doesn't mean she has to stamp it. How many saints and martyrs died for refusing to sign a document which went against their faith? Just goes to show that heretics truly are lost to themselves...they twist reasoning and logic to accommodate their lifestyles.

Indeed. To the King over the water!

If the Queen disapproves, she is free to say it aloud.
If she stays silent, this means she approves.
Anyways do you think that triggering a dynastic crisis in UK bcs she would oppose the gay marriage, would be a big problem for her, at the canonic age she is? This would be a good occasion to retire, head up.
