YouTube - 'She is Catholic' making her profession as a Dominican Sister
#1
I don't know if any of you ever saw the YouTube Channel "She Is Catholic" but it was very well done.  It was run by a girl who did talks on all sorts of topics from the Traditional Latin Mass to how to behave in Church, etc.  She was funny and quirky and over all did a nice job with it.  It was great resource particularly for younger people.  The YouTube Channel has been closed, probably due to her being in formation, but there are still some ways to see the videos.  For example, many of them are still available on GloriaTv, but I do not know for how long.

Anyway, here is a picture posted on Facebook earlier today of all of the postulants who will be making their first profession very soon with the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist.  I was delighted to notice that she is one of them (see bottom towards the left, right in front).

If any of you have teenagers, particularly daughters, her videos are worth a look.  They are worth a look anyways, but particularly for that age group.

Awesome! Nice to see young sisters, relief for my eyes after seeing too much of the LCWR!

I loved all of her videos. What a blessing. This is great news.  God bless her & her family. Thanks for posting this. I wish the videos would stay up... Why would they take them down?  :((  The sound on Gloria TV is not the best.....I used to watch her on you tube.  God bless you.

P.S. I think she mentioned that her sister is also a Nun, right? Can you please post the facebook page link, thanks  :)

I love Sheiscatholic! I'm very glad she is doing well in her vocation. :)

I remember  there was a thread here about her Latin Mass video, and, in typical FE pessimism, somebody predicted that while she might have been strong in her faith then she was surely to end up as one of the countless of young adult victims of our modernistic and liberal culture once she got to college...  :eyeroll:

Heh, what now?  :P

[sarcasm on]    But she joined an OF order, so obviously that's what happened!    [sarcasm off]

May God bless her, and may her prayer and work be a blessing to us all!
