Ah but which one, the tradition of letting married men become priests (abolished in the early 2nd millennium), or the tradition of not having permanent deacons (abolished in the late 20th century), or some other little t tradition?

I say let's try it and find out! And if there's no time for a long letter, we can always tweet him, you know (see front page of the site).

A phone call would be nice, but better would be the assurance that Summorum Pontificum won't be touched -- unless it is to expand it and encourage its ideas further.
