Here Louie Verrecchio suggests that the NO response to this concerns more the offense against people's understanding of God rather than an offense against God, and that anyone who believes in the teaching in Dignitatis Humanae has a hard time arguing against this:

A public procession of the Blessed Sacrament was done in Boston, with a good showing of Catholics.  I will post some links.

Thanks for the link, Arturo.  From that link:

A reenactment of satanic rituals known as a “black mass” that had been scheduled for Monday evening on the Harvard campus was abruptly canceled amid a chorus of condemnation from Catholic groups and university officials and students.

However, a scaled-down version of the event, without the original sponsorship of the Harvard Extension Cultural Studies Club, was apparently held late Monday by members of the New York-based Satanic Temple off campus, at the Hong Kong lounge in Harvard Square.

Lucien Greaves, a temple spokesman, said in an e-mail at 10:35 p.m. that the mass was “happening now” at the Hong Kong. He did not say how many people were participating or provide specifics on what was happening.

Thanks for pointing that out which I did not catch. However it is still good to hear that various people spoke up against the event so much so that the event that they did later was pretty much a private thing and not sponsored by the organization.

Michael Davies could not put it any clearer when he talked about society in his book the Reign of Christ the King “If anyone reading this honestly believes that society cannot be changed, I can only reply: “Tell that to the homosexuals, tell that to the abortionists.” They have changed society, they have corrupted it, dehumanized it, but they knew what they wanted and they were prepared to fight for it, and they are still prepared to fight for it. Shall the children of light show less zeal than the children of darkness?

Many of us Catholics have been seating idle doing nothing but allowing these events to occur, whether it is liturgical abuse, or such an event as a black mass. I believe many Catholics through this event of the blackmass are finally starting to realize that they can't just sit back and let these things happen
