The decline of marriage is a good thing

I am shocked you'd recommend Return of Kings. The blog author suggests pick-up-artists behavior which borders sex tourism. As a Christian, I say no thank you to that.

You have to be able to filter through the material. There is some good material on secular sites. If you don't have the ability to filter then it's going to be tough reading anything. There are multiple authors. Some christian, some not. All you do is avoid the pick up artist stuff

Also you may be right. I'll be honest i read one author at RoK and he's a guest and runs an orthodox christian blog so my view may be skewed. I don't spend a lot of time in the "manosphere" I spend most of my time on political blogs not so much the other ones m.

The alt right is just like any political stance, you have people of different ideologies. Alt right is just people who opt out of democracy and the modern narrative being fed to us (liberal or conservative). For example the alt right contains Monarchists, Theonomists, Etho-Nationalists, Trans Huminists, Futurists, Corporatists, pick up artists, traditionalists, tribalists, and others. We are united by the ideology that democracy is a sham. I am a Monarchist, and Traditionilist. All the alt right represents in a blanket term is a return to an older form of society and the older world was full of false teachings too so there is nothing wrong with being alt right, you just have to make sure you align with the Catholic alt right and not the pagan/atheist one. There are perfectly good "manosphere" blogs and there are some bad ones. Return of Kings is a good one. If you all would like some good Catholic/Orthodox reactionary blogs to read please let me know because I know of many.

Thank you for the clarification. It's been my observation that The Right (non-modernism) is diverse - much more diverse than The Left wants to believe and wants the public to believe. Also, good point on seeking out the Catholic alt-right. Can you name a few Catholic/Orthodox sites so we can educate our-self?

Return of Kings is a surprisingly good site. I think that they now have a sedevacantist monk writing for them--who wouldda thunk it? My only gripe with that site is their use of sexually provocative images. I'm a pretty randy guy, and it doesn't take much to get me going, so I really don't like having constantly to avert my eyes as I scroll down to inspect essay entries.

Isn't that a reason to NOT read the site?

Most of the Catholic alt-right sites are male-centered, but compared to ROK they are tame in imagery and Catholic in message. Here are a few I've read:

https://bonald.wordpress.com/
http://pblosser.blogspot.com/
http://orthosphere.org/
http://ozconservative.blogspot.com/

Once you start reading and look at who they link to, it provides a variety of views. Everything from Catholic alt-right, HBDers, typical manosphere, and some blogs authored by women.

Yes! It would be pretty hypocritical to complain about the state of modesty in modernity and support a website that doesn't give a thought about it.

Frankly, I kinda hate alt-right stuff. Its so mixed up with bad things that it completely destroys itself--it doesn't have the integrity of the Good. And I find it hard to believe their good stuff is so darn good that one cannot find in the classics--St. Augustine, St. Thomas, etc.--or even on recent political tomes--Milbank et al. (which, even though I don't agree with all of what he says, its much easier to get one's sweet spolia aegyptiorum from his crowd than the typical anonymous, amateur political blogspot thing).

Look at it this way. There is no catholic alt right technically. There are monarchist trad catholics which was a viewpoint before the rise of the alt right. We just get lumped in there now that there is enough groups to make it definition worthy. As I said before there are plenty of good catholic reaction material and there is plenty of bad stuff. If you don't have the political understanding to filter through the garbage just don't bother reading anything. I for one will continue to read my favorite catholic "alt right" blogs. There are many people on this forum who would not consider themselves "alt right" but if you went down the list you would probably be labeled that by someone. Being a monarch alone makes you alt right or a neo reactionary and I know for a fact there are plenty of monarchists here

Of course. Here are some I read.
Catholic:
http://romanchristendom.blogspot.com
https://themodernwasteland.wordpress.com
http://orthosphere.org  (Christians of all denominations)
https://bonald.wordpress.com
http://lamentablysane.blogspot.com
https://antidem.wordpress.com
http://pblosser.blogspot.com

Orthodox:
http://citadelfoundations.blogspot.com  (This guy has a good post addressing the New Paganism and how its not good to associate it with the alt right)

General Neo-Reactionary
http://www.socialmatter.net (Good blog, many authors, have some good pieces with insightful political commentary, stuff that I enjoy. Some stuff I don't like)

http://www.moreright.net/monarchy-faq/  (A great piece on monarchy. This guy writes some intelligent stuff but hasn't posted anything substantial in a few years. He is one of the more intelligent people actually writing publishable material, IMO)

Just for a little reference. Me posting these blogs is not an endorsement for every single view held by the various blogs.
