'Islamization of Europe a good thing'

Rabbi Baruch Efrati believes Jews should 'rejoice at the fact that Europe is paying for what it did to us for hundreds of years by losing its identity.' He praises Islam for promoting modesty, respect for God

As concerns grow over the increasing number of Muslims in Europe, it appears not everyone is bothered by the issue, including an Israeli rabbi who even welcomes the phenomenon.

Rabbi Baruch Efrati, a yeshiva head and community rabbi in the West Bank settlement of Efrat, believes that the Islamization of Europe is actually a good thing.

"With the help of God, the gentiles there will adopt a healthier life with a lot of modesty and integrity, and not like the hypocritical Christianity which appears pure but is fundamentally corrupt," he explained.

Rabbi Efrati was asked to discuss the issue by an oriental studies student, who inquired on Judaism's stand toward the process Europe has been going through in recent years.

Following the election of a hijab-wearing Muslim woman as the mayor of the Bosnian city of Visoko for the first time in continent's history, the student asked the rabbi on the Kipa website: "How do we fight the Islamization of Europe and return it to the hands of Christians and moderates?"

Efrati wrote in response that the Islamization of Europe was better than a Christian Europe for ethical and theological reasons – as a punishment against Christians for persecuting the Jews and the fact that Christianity, as opposed to Islam, is considered "idolatry" from a halachic point of view.

Vox Wrote:I talk about all this sort of thing here, on the FE site:

"Jews should rejoice at the fact that Christian Europe is losing its identity as a punishment for what it did to us for the hundreds of years were in exile there," the rabbi explained as the ethical reason for favoring Muslims, quoting shocking descriptions from the Rishonim literature (written by leading rabbis who lived during the 11th to 15th centuries) about pogroms and mass murders committed by Christians against Jews.

"We will never forgive Europe's Christians for slaughtering millions of our children, women and elderly… Not just in the recent Holocaust, but throughout the generations, in a consistent manner which characterizes all factions of hypocritical Christianity…

"A now, Europe is losing its identity in favor of another people and another religion, and there will be no remnants and survivors from the impurity of Christianity, which shed a lot of blood it won't be able to atone for."

'Islam a relatively honest religion'

The theological reason, according to Rabbi Efrati, is that Christianity – which he sees as idolatry – has a tendency to "destroy normal life and abstain from it on the one hand, while losing modesty on the other hand," as it "ranges between radical monasticism to radical Western licentiousness."

Islam, the rabbi added, is "a religion which misjudges its prophets but is relatively honest. It educates a bit more for a stable life of marriage and creation, where there is certain modesty and respect for God."

Well now, how did Christianity go from what it was in the Middle Ages to what it almost isn't in the present secular era? How did things like homosexual "marriage" become accepted? How did we get such a pornified culture? Does Hollywood have anything to do with how European and European-derived  people run their lives and with how they think and perceive the world? How did the human element of the Church get so soft and mushy all of a sudden? I mean, is this guy really blaming Christianity for the present secular state of our culture, a place in which Catholicism is attacked all over the place, where Christians can't even put up creches without calling in teams of lawyers?

And what is so frustrating about all this is exactly what we see from this rabbi guy: our cultures are attacked and weakened, and when their legs are broken, we're mocked for being disabled. This rabbi is talking about weak Christianity when the fact is that the Faith was weakened from without. Then there's this woman, Ingrid Lomfors, educated at Jerusalem's Hebrew University, trained at the Hebrew College in Boston, and who's the general secretary of the Jewish Synagogue in Stockholm, Sweden, who is pushing for Muslim immigration into Sweden and uses, as one of her big talking points, the idea that "There is no native Swedish culture" anyway.

Mona Sahlin (also Jewish, by the way) had this to say in a speech to a Turkish youth organization:

Mona Sahlin Wrote:"I think that's what makes many Swedes jealous of immigrant groups. You have a culture, an ientity, a history, something that brings you closer together. And what do we have? We have Midsummer's Eve and such silly things."

It's insane. And if Sweden were to embrace her culture, this woman would freak OUT. Imagine if Sweden went trad Catholic, and instead of "Midsummer's Eve," the Swedes celebrated St. John's Eve. And all the other Catholic feasts. And embraced the traditional liturgical and sacramental rites and traditional devotions. She'd plotz.

She also went on in this manner:

Efrati ruled, therefore, that "even if we are in a major war with the region's Arabs over the Land of Israel, Islam is still much better as a gentile culture than Christianity."

He added, however, that Jews must pray that the Islamization of most of Europe will not harm the people of Israel.

Vox Wrote:Well, of course. Nevermind the Christians, of course. Unlike Catholics and Orthodox, who pray for the Jews, the Jews don't pray for us; they, instead, curse us with their birkat ha-minim. But that's not any matter for discussion in polite society. Nor in the halls of the Vatican when the topic of Jewish-Catholic relations comes up.
How would the Islamicization of Europe not "hurt the people of Israel"?  Does Israel want French and British nuclear capabilities in Islamic hands?
This guy is nuts. Islam hurts everybody. It's almost as if the spirit of satan is afoot blinding practically everyone to the true nature of islam excerpt for a handful of us. Are people really that profoundly blind, ignorant or a bit of both? There is nothing anywhere in history, c
urrent events or the text of the koran itself suggesting that islam is honest, good, peaceful or a nice fit for Europe.

People like this rabbi are just ridiculous. How many beheadings, stonings, rapes or mass murders will it take to wake people up to the nature of islam? It's infuriating because the clear evidence as to its vile and repulsive and violent history and nature is apparent everywhere, and yet modern man--- Jew, Catholic or secularist--- ignores it for whatever reason.

And it's true, a European caliphate and nukes in the hands of the leaders of this Stone Age rape and death cult could only mean bad things for Israel and world Jewery. Maybe this year I'll ask Hanukkah Harry to give this rabbi some common sense.

Jewish leaders loathe traditional Christianity and will work to harm it even at risk of harm to themselves. They cut off their noses to spite their faces, as they say. Pitting Islam against Christianity, and vice-versa, will leave them with one enemy to deal with, and with Islam, they could work out a Noahide Law sort of deal. According to the post-Temple Jewish religion (which is NOT the religion of the Old Testament), Christianity is idolatry while Islam isn't. According to my understanding, Muslims could easily agree to follow the Noahide Laws without changing a thing about their religion, but practicing Christianity, which they consider idolatry, would be punishable by beheading.

The "benefits" of the Islamization of the remnants of Christendom are: 1) Christendom is wiped out, which means their most formidable enemy is wiped out, OR Islam is wiped out, either outcome leaving them with a single enemy instead of two, 2) more Jews would make aliyah and "return" to Israel.

For people reading over our shoulders: all of this stuff doesn't refer to "the Jews" or to "the Jewish people" as a whole. This stuff is the doing of Jewish leadership, and Zionist groups like AIPAC and the like. There are a lot of Jews who've walked away from post-Temple Judaism (an explicitly racist and explicitly antichrist religion), and there are also many who don't consider themselves Zionist. In fact, there are some Jews who are very religious (Orthodox) and who are not Zionist. See, for ex., and . Before the 19th century, Zionism did not exist. NO rabbi was Zionist. And when Zionism became a movement, it did so very slowly and with a ton of controversy in Jewish religious circles.

I wonder if this Rabbi is aware that the Islamic scriptures call Jews "apes" and "pigs", or encourages their murder:

"The Day of Judgement will not come about until Muslims fight the Jews, when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say O Muslims, O Abdullah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him. Only the Gharkad tree, (the Boxthorn tree) would not do that because it is one of the trees of the Jews. (related by al-Bukhari and Muslim)"
