I'll condense what I initially said and just settle with this statement: they're antichrist.

The fate of a kidnapped priest in Yemen is still unknown, his religious order has said.

The Salesians said they had received no further information about Fr Tom Uzhunnalil, a member of the order kidnapped from a home for the aged and disabled run by the Missionaries of Charity in Aden, Yemen, on March 4.

Four Missionaries of Charity and 12 others were murdered in the attack.

Fr Filiberto González Plasencia, the Salesians’ Councillor General for Social Communication, released a statement on Tuesday that said the order had “no further news” on Fr Uzhunnalil, a priest from India.

“We await news, which we hope will be positive, from those who are following the story more closely: the Indian Government, the Apostolic Vicariate of Southern Arabia and the Salesian Provincial of Bangalore,” Fr González Plasencia said.

“The Salesian Congregation continues to follow the situation with feelings of solidarity and closeness in prayer.”

On Monday, the bishop who leads the apostolic vicariate that includes Yemen said he had “strong indications” that Fr Tom Uzhunnalil “is still alive in the hands of his kidnappers”.

I'm praying he is still alive. I believe he may be, since these demon scum usually release videos of their barbarism and there is nothing yet.

According to NDTV, Father Tom is safe

Quote:Father Tom Uzhunnalil, who was abducted by a terror group in Yemen, is "safe" and efforts are underway for his early release, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj told a delegation of Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI), the organisation's spokesman said on Sunday.

Father Gyanprakash Topno, spokesman of CBCI, told PTI that a five-member delegation had yesterday met Swaraj who strongly refuted reports that the priest was not alive.

"Father Tom is safe and efforts are on for his release as early as possible," Topno said quoting the minister who also told the delegation that "government will facilitate the priest's safe return to India".

He said the minister told the delegation that more details cannot be divulged at this stage.

Father Tom Uzhunnalil, who hails from Kerala, was abducted last month by a terror group in Yemen, a conflict zone. He had gone missing in Yemen after the Islamic State militant group attacked a care home run by Mother Teresas Missionaries of Charity.

Gunmen had stormed the refuge for the elderly earlier this month and killed a Yemeni guard before tying up and shooting 15 other employees.

Four foreign nuns, including an Indian, working as nurses were among those killed. Father Tom was captured from the southern Yemeni city of Aden by gunmen who killed at least 15 people at an old people's home in an attack that was condemned by Pope Francis.

Indian officials are saying Father Tom is OK:

But it sounds like they're still trying to find him and bring him out of Yemen.
