I'm going to make a Catholic blog. I'd appreciate some feedback.

I'm not sure you really want to cite St. Cyprian in a post supportive of the institution of the papacy, though.  When he says "Peter" in the quote you posted, he doesn't mean the bishop of Rome.  And he famously fought against Pope St. Stephen about  ecclesiology.  So much so that St. Cyprian is probably the father of the Orthodox conception of ecclesiology.
Thank you!

Ah, okay! What would you suggest I put there for an early church father quote?

Here's a quote that might help you (borrowed from another site, so I cannot vouch for its authenticity):

Pope Innocent I in A.D. 408

"In seeking the things of God . . . you have acknowledged that judgment is to be referred to us [the pope], and have shown that you know that is owed to the Apostolic See [Rome], if all of us placed in this position are to desire to follow the apostle himself [Peter] from whom the episcopate itself and the total authority of this name have emerged" (Letters 29:1].

If you haven't referenced St. Augustine yet, ShareLove, you might find this link of interest:

Ooh, that's a good quote. Thank you, Pilgrim! I may be able to implement that one in an article about how the importance of Rome and how ancient the Church is.

I'm currently working on a seven part series, outlining the Sacraments. I'm on the third part at the moment, which is an article on Holy Communion.

I'm glad I could help.  Any time I can quote St. Augustine of Hippo is a good day.  :)

I have two more articles to finish up in my Sacraments series, but I just posted this one, which all fell into place really quickly:

I changed the title of that second one to "Problems of Martin Luther" after getting some advice that I found solid. I'm going to make a different article specifically about the Protestant heresy.

If you guys wouldn't mind, I'd appreciate it if you would give it a look and tell me what you think of it. I posted it on another forum to get some more viewership and I'm getting some very...mixed responses.
