Pan fried Shiitakes (also works with portabellos)
8 oz sliced mushrooms
3 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
sea salt to taste
1 tsp chopped parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sautee 3-4 minutes, turning. Add garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, parsley, and salt.
