Diocesan School Punishes Teacher for Citing Catholic Saint
#10
Look at it this way ...

The Church examined, in the old canonization process, every writing of St. John Bosco. If there were even a whiff of error, he would not have been canonized. It doesn't mean he was infallible, but that nothing he wrote was contrary to Catholic doctrine or morals.

In the new process, the writings are mostly ignored (otherwise John Paul II would never have qualified, since many of his writings even favor heresy)

Thus ...

If the writing of St. John Bosco can be ignored and even vilified because one doesn't like what he says, we can feel secure to treat Nostra Ætate and the words of John Paul II the same way.

That's simple logic from the behavior of the Diocese of Orlando.
