Quote:Velveeta.  It's not cheese, but a cheese product.  So are Kraft Singles.

What exactly is a "cheese product?"  I've had some customers at my place of work ask me what the difference is between the two, and I didn't know how to politely answer the question without going into the simple response of, "Perhaps it really isn't food."  Hehehe.

Velveeta is the devil. Easy Cheese is the devil in an aerosol can.

OK, I retract that last question.  I hadn't even thought of our 'special' Velveeta.  I'm remembering the interesting hors douvre my sons make on movie nights: jar o' cheese (or block o' velveeta), and a jar of Southwestern Salsa, melted in the microwave and served up to their enthusiastic sidekicks with tortilla chips.  They call it 'cheese crack' because of its addictive nature.  It's probably at least as interesting as Vegemite.
