Are you taking your calcium supplements correctly?
#1
Do:
-Take 1000 mg daily
-Take with magnesium
-Take with Vitamin D3*
-Take with food and a lot of water

Don't:
-Take within a few hours of any iron supplement 
-Take more than 500 mg at a time

*Vitamin D is only absorbed via co-transport with lipids, so if you're not eating it with some sort of fat, you might as well just throw it in the trash

Does going through a gallon of whole milk every 2-3 days suffice?
