Hello!

Hello everyone! I've been lurking on this forum for a couple of years now and I am a convert to the Catholic Church (received into the Church last Easter).  This forum and site has helped me a lot in my journey to the true faith. I look forward to many interesting discussions.  :)

Nah, it was certainly mine which drew him in.  (Because I post oh-so-often -- once a week, on average.)

Welcome!
"There are not over a hundred people in the United States who hate the Catholic Church. There are millions, however, who hate what they wrongly believe to be the Catholic Church -- which is, of course, quite a different thing." -Ven. Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen

"Let me repeat this sentence. It is impossible in human language to exaggerate the importance of being in a chapel or church before the Blessed Sacrament as often and for as long as our duties and state of life allow. That sentence is the talisman of the highest sanctity." -Fr. John Hardon, S.J.

A belated welcome to the One, Holy, Roman, Catholic, and Apostolic Church of Christ, and welcome to the Tank! Enjoy your swim.

I, too, am a convert, out of Anglicanism, through Orthodoxy, but I converted 38 years ago this St Wenceslaus' Day (and now I belong to a Parish dedicated to St Wenceslaus). I've never regretted becoming a Catholic, tho' I have torn out some of what little hair I have left over some of the things that have happened, and are still happening, to the Bride of Christ over those years.
