Android gives you three choices, 'Fake News Blocker, get a notification when the page you're on has been known to publish fake news', 'ZenMate Safe Search and Fake News Detector' and 'Unpartial Truthiness Analyzer (Fake News)'.

I wonder how they determine what 'fake news' is and if the third even understands English.

Odd.  First thing that popped up for me was CNN.  I did the same search a 2d time and the NY Times came up on top.
