What's the best way to give your entire life to Jesus Christ?

Question
Besides becoming clergy?

I needed to tell Our Lord, "take all of my life", and really, really mean it. Not that I'm perfect--far, far from it. But it was a no looking back situation at that point when I did that. I didn't ever want a life without Christ at that point no matter what that meant. I hope I'm not being too cryptic. ETA: at this point, I trust He will take me through the narrow gate. I can't get there myself.
Oh my Jesus, I surrender myself to you. Take care of everything.--Fr Dolindo Ruotolo

I have no idea what my vocation is.

I enjoy my work and don't feel called to marriage, but I don't feel called to the Priesthood, either.

I'm 35 years old. At some point, I have to make a choice :)

How will I know for sure? Will I ever?

The fact that you're asking, is a good sign. It's an ongoing process. Attend church, read Catholic materials, pray, go to adoration, etc as much as possible.
