I'm home after ten days visiting my Sister. My diet was shot to hell during the visit! Greasy, fried food with way too much sodium. Tonight, finally at home, I had vegetarian chili and a beer.

Sounds absolutely delicious! I can't remember the last time I had polenta. I did get chicken at my sisters, unfortunately fried. But equally unfortunately, my Cuter & Shorter half is a vegetarian, so it'll be awhile before I see a bird again!

Baked buffalo wings.  Some BBQ, some Cajun.

Well, my Dear Vegetarian Wife is out of town, so I fixed myself a pan fried steak, mashed potatoes, and peas. Washed it down with a beer. The beer's not because she's out of town. I have a beer with supper every night.

My wife got scallops for cheap at Aldi, so that'll be dinner.  Spicy grilled scallops, salad, and cornbread.

It is not so important matter what I had for dinner, but it is so important matter what quality food I had for dinner. Meal that is cooked with spoiled food or products that contain a lot of chemicals is harmful, and food that is cooked with a lot of oil on an old grill is harmful. Therefore, I recommend eating only food that is cooked from fresh products that contain no chemicals, with the help of a small amount of oil, or even without oil on a new grill, which can be purchased from a store that is one of the best stores that are recommended by the site https://bestgrill.reviews/tailgate-grills/ that does reviews on tailgate grills and other grills. Grills that are new do not harm the food that is prepared on them, and also these grills do not make food burnt or very oily.
