Shocking Incident At St Paul Outside The Walls

They turn the Basilica of San Pablo de Extramuros into a 'disco' for a few days

 by Carlos Esteban | August 02, 2018

One of the four papal basilicas of Rome, the second largest after St. Peter's, was transformed into a gigantic nightclub in a 'welcome' to the altar boys from around the world that many have called desecration.

Psychedelic colored lights flooding the sacred space, giant screens, stereo music at full volume. That is the show in which St. Paul of Outside the Walls, one of the four papal basilicas of Rome, was transformed to receive some nine thousand German pilgrims, according to direct witnesses consulted by Roman Corrispondenza.

Meanwhile, the faithful who came to pray have seen how the organizers of the unusual event tried to prevent them from entering on the grounds that they had 'reserved' the basilica, one of the largest, oldest and most venerable in Christendom, for 18,000 euros and, therefore, , they demanded the exclusive. The Vatican's own security had to intervene to convince these new temple merchants that, regardless of what was paid, they could not 'privatize' the sacred space.

If nobody prevents it, these scandalous 'celebrations' will continue to take place in the basilica until Saturday morning.

The 'macrofiesta' already caused considerable indignation in the regulars of the temple days before the 'reservation', with the thunderous sound tests, more typical of a 'rave' than of a Christian celebration.

Others prefer to downplay the issue, and present the act as a mere 'update' of the 'new Church' that is building the Curia. In fact, it is unlikely that the German 'users' of this 'sacred rave' will see anything strange in all this, coming from a country whose clergy has stood out among all the world in the banalization of the liturgy, which may not be disconnected of the fact that, last year, only one in ten German 'Catholics' attended the Sunday Mass.

Peace.....well, it might look good that security came to intervene, (I am not buying it) however the space should never have been rented out in the first place - for any amount of $.  Jesus would have thrown them right out on their bums!  God bless, angeltime

Hardly shocking. I wouldn't be terribly surprised if the Pope himself organized one of these in St Peters and invited all of his cronies.

Well, he did have the Edge and Sting play the Sistine Chapel.  :@
Rome will lose the faith and become the seat of the antichrist.
The demons of the air together with the Antichrist will perform great wonders
The Church will be in eclipse

-Our Lady of La Salette

Like Christ, His Bride the Church will undergo its own passion, burial, and resurrection.

Father Ripperger said that if we are detached from all things, aren't afraid to suffer, and we accept all suffering as the will of God for our sanctity, we have nothing to fear!
