Historic image of a black hole
#1
I heard on the radio that NASA succeeded in obtaining an image of a black hole in a galaxy 55 million light-years away!

I definitely recommend reading the article, it's incredibly interesting how they obtained this image.

I am always in awe of the beauty in God's creation.

And I understood that man can find no reason of all those works of God that are done under the sun: and the more he shall labour to seek, so much the less shall he find: yea, though the wise man shall say, that he knoweth it, he shall not be able to find it. -Ecclesiastes 8:17

No, this is not a photo of the HQ of the Fishwrap, a place so dense that no light can escape it. Nor is it a pic of the Jesuits’ Generalate in Rome.  This isn’t an artistic rendering of the Democrat Party.  This is the first ever snapshot of a black hole.

Fascinatingly beautiful!! Cool
One should have an open mind; open enough that things get in, but not so open that everything falls out

A democracy which makes or even effectively prepares for modern, scientific war must necessarily cease to be democratic. No country can be really well prepared for modern war unless it is governed by a tyrant, at the head of a highly trained and perfectly obedient bureaucracy
