As a night shift worker myself, I appreciate your kind words :)
I also find the night peaceful. I work evenings, and since we’re not fully staffed overnight, they very often page me to come back in the wee hours of the morning. It’s very nice driving through a sleeping city, fog blanketing the low areas of roads, listening to night sounds.
