Sounds good, but I downloaded it and it keeps saying I have no connection; whether I am on Wi-Fi or 4G.

I'd recommend iPieta. It has a lot of great resources that you can pick and choose to download on your phone, you can read the Latin Vulgate next to the Douay-Rheims or other translations in Spanish, German, etc., along with Latin prayers and a calendar for either the EF and OF.

I have a Kindle Fire and I use on it I-Breviary but a search for related resources reveals little that was not bugs-y, blah, or dodgy. Suggestions welcome. I know in theory you can sideload GooglePlay apps into a Kindle, but the results can be clumsy or botched.
