After the charging port wore out on my 6th (or was it 7th?) Kindle Fire, I switched to an RCA Android tablet. I can do anything on it that I can do on a Kindle, I have all the resources on the Google Play Store, and it's charging port doesn't look to wear out any time soon since it's not a mini-USB.
