Help! Small statue of John Chrysostom?
#1
Dear friends,

I have been unable to find - in shops near me or anywhere online - a small statue (made from resin or plastic, for example) in the image of Saint John Chrysostom. This is to place on our family altar.

If you know of any such statues, or if you know where to find one, I would greatly appreciate you pointing me in the right direction.

Pax.

Why not go for an icon instead? You can find a gazillion of those...

I’m almost absolutely sure that statues of St John Chrysostom are non-existent. Too popular in the East to get on anything other than an icon, and not popular enough in the West to get a statue made of him.

Stick with the icons of St John Chrysostom, which you can find all over the internet. Ebay is your friend when it comes to getting and finding some nice icons.

What has been said. He's my Name Saint and I don't think I've ever seen a statue of him. Icons are plentiful tho', as mentioned.
